Street covered in dirt Acknowledged1651-1673 Belleville Street Richmond, Virginia - Scott's AdditionDori Foods moves their trucks back and forth between their loading facility and a vacant lot on Belleville, tracking tons of dirt onto Belleville and Norfolk streets every day. After a few weeks of build up it is very disgusting, and walking across the road especially after or during rain is just a mud pit. Can these streets be swept often, or better yet can the city get Dori to pay for that service?
